Intra civilian non-cooperation with Muslims will never help

At times during generic discussions with the Svayamsevaks or pro-Hindu ideologists (non-Sangh), it appears most of them generally believe in “Non-cooperative” missions targeted at Muslims. I have felt it when there are instances where people have denied some Muslims auto drivers an opportunity to get a rental. They instead prefer Hindu auto-drivers who have a few stickers of deities or OM written across the windshield. Before we engorge ourselves with strong emotions against this write up, we first need to categorize Muslims into the following categories

1) CATEGORY 1: Non-Fundamental Muslims, who consider India as their homeland and hardly care about any policy decisions, much like a similar category of Hindus.
2) CATEGORY 2: Fundamental Muslims who dream of making India an Islamic state and practice Jihad in various forms against the Kafirs (us Hindus). Also in this category are Muslims who feel they should have been in Pakistan or feel Arabia is their homeland.

It is estimated only about 5% of Indian Muslims are in reasonable economic conditions and the rest are either lower-middle class, poor or below poverty-line. Since they are about 13% percent of the population, it does make a significant impact on our development index, per-capita growth, etc. The so-called “Intra civilian non-cooperation” may not really help us or Hindus in general, since the majority fund flow is positively happening within the Indian economic perimeters. We need to start analyzing such impacts from a national perspective. What is the objective of this non-cooperation? If the idea is to bring them into economic crisis, then I am completely against such a policy because it has a strong cascading effect. We need to realize that we live in an open economy. For example, let us say that our non-cooperation movement works effectively and assume that 50 million (5 crores) Indian Muslims go below a self-sustaining economic level, then India will plunge in to an economic crisis, these people would become no better than Bangaldeshi immigrants contributing to unemployment, per-capita income downfall, spending on additional relief efforts (we cannot let them die of Hunger).

Muslims have been India for close to 8 centuries (prior to that most of them emigrated from Persia with a very few converts). To add to this India has the second largest Muslim population in the World, which is close to 14 Crores, which only next to Indonesia which has about 18 Crore Muslims. So these 800 years of growth cannot be eliminated within a short span. Similarly a self-inflicting “Intra civilian non cooperation” also looks very immature to me at this stage this cannot be a medium for ethnic-cleansing (if that is what some of us desire).

What is important right now and an imminent threat to our national security is the CATEGORY 2 (C2) Muslims who are roaming around freely in India and ISI is caching on this opportunity to push in some funds to sustain fundamental activities. These C2 Muslims have made the Madrasas and Dhargas a breeding ground for C2 Muslims and harvesting some C1 Muslims as well.

We need to continue to support C1 Muslims as our own countrymen who will contribute towards our nation’s growth; we need to extend all benefits that we espouse for our Hindu populace. For me an elegant solution to have C1 Muslims contribute towards the nation would be to implement the Uniform Civil Code, which ideally should have been a norm in a “secular” country like ours. At the same time we need to fight fiercely against the C2 Muslims so that they start forgetting about destroying their own motherland.

Postulation of the Vedic concept of Dharma

Here is my thought on Dharma after listing to various lectures and reading books from the learned…

I would like to set the understanding of Dharma correct, albeit it being very nascent due to my miniscule and limited knowledge. I beg for pardon from the learned.

If you carefully notice our great Vedas actually are trying to propound the concept of Dharma in very subtle way. It is also true that all the follow-up commentaries and great epics try to clarify the Vedic standpoint; Ramayana and Mahabharata are no different. Before we indulge ourselves, we need to understand two important aspects, which are:-

SHREYAS: Shreyas is something, which is beneficial (good) in the long run, something like right education which helps us during our entire lifetimes or doing something which benefits somebody positively and has a long running impact. It could also mean a person who seeks long standing benefit as in “Shreyas Person”.

PREYAS: Preyas is the opposite of Shreyas in general terms. For example if you drink liquor, it does give you momentary happiness and feeling of wellbeing, but it surely does not give us a long term benefit. Similarly a murder for revenge may bring you immense satisfaction and joy at that moment, but it is not Shreyas but Preyas.

So, according to Vedas, Dharma can be enunciated using the following 3 points

1) Always try to do good (Shreyas) to “Shreyas” seeking person.

2) Always try to do good (Shreyas) to “Preyas” seeking person too, but try to do the very best to change the person from “Preyas Seeking” to a “Shreyas Seeking” person.

3) Always try to do good to “Preyas” seeking person too, but try to do your very best to change the person from “Preyas Seeking” to a “Shreyas Seeking” person. But, it the “Preyas Seeking” person refuses to change and continues to do “Preyas” activities, then “punish” him/her with all the powers you have.

So, it becomes very important not to confuse Dharma with “Ethics” or “Law”. In fact in Kurukshetra during the time of Mahabharata, the law of the land stated that wife is the “property” of the husband. So, if you see when the Pandavas lost to the Kauravas in the game of dice, they had lost everything, finally Yudhistira had to give away Draupati to the Kauravas. This is because Draupati was the “property” of the Pandavas and so this “property” was transferred to the Kauravas. So, when Dushyasana was disrobing Draupati in the open court, the greats like Bhisma and Dronacharya sat as mute spectators because such an act was legal, since Draupati was now the property of the Kauravas. So Bhisma and Dronacharya in spite of being highly learned confused “Dharma” with “Law”. Obviously letting such an outrage of modesty of a noble lady was obviously Adharmic, so finally god (as in Krishna) had to descend to help Draupati from being completely humiliated and to reestablish Dharma.

So, we clearly see how well these great epics try to convey to us the concept of Dharma, which cannot be explained in any easy terms. If such confusion was inherent in great people like Bhisma and Dronacharya, then it is beyond doubt that we lesser mortals can be easily misguided. No wonder the great sages of the yore ensured that they gave us these concepts in a more digestible way so that we humans of the Kaliyug understand the concept of Dharma in a better way an ensure Dharma prevails everywhere.

So, as an endnote, the all time favorite verse 4:7 from Bhagvat Geeta clearly puts things in the right perspective, when it comes to adharma, and how god will manifest himself to eliminate adharma and to reestablish dharma.

BG 4.7
yada yada hi dharmasya glanir bhavati bharata
abhyutthanam adharmasya tadatmanam srjamy aham

Whenever and wherever there is a decline in dharma, O descendant of Bharata, and a predominant rise of adharma--at that time I descend myself.

There must be NO compromise with evil

One of the core principles that Vedas propound is that there must be NO compromise with evil. It becomes our utmost responsibility to fight till the end to eliminate the evil to the best of your efforts. It is completely opposite to the Semitic religion like Christianity which preaches surrender to the Satan, showing the other cheek when smitten on the other and the concept of “Love thy enemy”, etc. Most of the Vedic gods like Indra and Varuna are heroic in nature and demonstrate clearly how they fight evil without the slightest hint of compromise.

So, if this is the case, then it becomes important for us to understand how Indians allowed themselves to be ruled for close to 1000 years and let them continue to do so. We need to understand what swayed us away from the daring individuals we are supposed to be. Once the Islamic invaders quoted that ‘While Hindus were conducting “extra-curricular activities”, we invaded Hindustan using the right military wit’. There is no doubt that the rich cultural heritage that we have is the result of our great exponents of those ages. But, what these Islamic invaders said also makes sense and clearly proves that our military was really not ready to defend our territory in addition to the separatism among the various princely states.

I am a believer that the three most important factors that can drive us further in the coming centuries is a strong Economic stability, secondly advancements on the technological forefronts and finally a very strong military power. We are currently weak in all the 3 areas but we are seeing a good directional move in the economic front, but we are far behind Japan in technological front and at least 30 years behind United States on the Military front.

For me all of these can be achieved or expedited only if we have absolute political power in this democratically oriented nation of ours. We must have absolute power to make long sustaining policy changes, and according to me this can only be achieved over a period of 20 years. With absolute political power, there is nothing that we cannot achieve or there is nothing that cannot be “suppressed”.

5. Conclusion

1. Introduction

This article takes birth out of a 3 hour talk on Geopolitical systems and India’s economic future held on 17th April 2005 at Aryan Junior College, Madhapur - Hyderabad. This lecture was delivered by Mr. Srinivas Prasad Kidambi, who is a senior partner in a voluntary organization called Indian Heritage Research Foundation based in Ontario Canada, which is looking towards a large-scale movement firstly among the intellectual youth and probably later extend their reach towards the common man.

Mr. Srinivas in my opinion has a great encyclopedic view of the modern history post renaissance (which was very relevant to the topic under consideration). His authority over the chronology, organizations and demography was awe inspiring. He is probably one of the few Indians who have taken the pains to get a handle to the “true” face of modern world history and its direct implications it has had on our great nation. His efforts I have come to know has taken close to 2 decades to assimilate and he continues his quest towards understanding the truth behind the entire historical rambling, which has changed the way India is today, unfortunately as we all know as a poor and a 3rd world developing nation.

Before we continue further, we clearly need to understand what “Geopolitics” is after all. In simple terms we could call it as a struggle, a global struggle for “resources” and “power”. If we come to see things in a better perspective, we clearly see that Japan, France, US and other countries are geopolitically very strong. They continue to have a great say in world matters and are currently capable of influencing the direction humanity will take. Such is the power that U.S. and Japan wields and these Economic, Social, Military and Technological innovations are the very factors that decides who is who in the geopolitical arena.

From the above definition, we may conclude that geopolitical sciences maybe of immense importance to the world and India specifically; yes, there no doubt about it, even if you question its importance thousand times over. But the flip side is that no country except France studies Geopolitics as a part of its regular curriculum.

Further in this article, we will see how giving access or hiding information can play a crucial role in your quest of geopolitical supremacy.

2. World power – A parasitic growth by withholding information?

An important case study we could take is the case of “East India Company”. The first thing that strikes us is that this was a British company owned by the Queen of England to instantiate a series of manufacturing units in India to produce goods that could be exported back to England. But this very fact is false. It in fact had no major affiliation to England at all. Rather it was held by 40 owners spread over 13 counties across Europe. England never took a responsible lead in the workings of East India Company. It would also be interesting to note that this company was started as “John and Louis Company” way back in 1200 AD, which later became the East India Company. Further the East India Company was given complete freedom to exist called the “Perpetual Charter” which let them loose on India thus sapping her of all resources. So, it would not be unwise to say that “British India” was completely ruled by the “East India Company” till 1857 (when it was dissolved) but it was finally dissolved 1874, when all the monopolistic administrations were revoked.

So, it is an organization or a corporate that ran India with the help of Queen of England, it is indeed perplexing, but the fact remains that this is true to the very core. Such information is never available and this is the very strategy that most of the Geopolitical luminaries have used in sating their motives which at times have been ulterior in nature.

3. Story of an American Dream Company

It would be interesting to note a few important facts before we move ahead, currently it is estimated that there are 10,000 MNCs (Multi National Companies), which control close to 90,000 subsidiaries in 161 countries. Of these 10,000 companies 500 of them control 72,500 subsidiaries which operates from 150 countries and interestingly of these 500 companies 450 of them operate from the United States of America (USA)!!

An interesting case would be of the oil giant ESSO. ESSO a famous Oil company was organized in 1870 by John Rockefeller. It basically stands for S.O or the Standard Oil Company. This company is considered the world greatest monopolizer and continues to do so, even today. Rockefeller practiced severe restrictive trade practices, which resulted in the US Supreme Court dissolving the company. Rockefeller had setup a Standard Oil Trust (SOT) earlier and broke up the company into five more companies which included Standard Oil of New Jersey, Standard Oil of Indian (Mobil), Standard Oil of Ohio (Sohio or Philips 66).

But the best part of SOT is not Oil; it is only secondary in line to their business their main line of business includes the following

- Majority holders in “CHASE Manhattan Bank”, one of the largest banks in America
- Owners of the Citigroup
- CHASE owns 25% in ABC (American Broadcasting Corp), NBC, CBS and TNN
- CHASE owns 30% in CNN and Time Warner.
- U.S. has 36,000 dailies. 34,000 are subsidiaries of New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times and Boston Globe and 15% of these are owned by CHASE.
- Reuters and AP (Associate Press) are owned by ONE person.

A very interesting surreptitious activity which we may see as false is the September 11th 2001 attack on the World Trade Center in New York. This is what Microsoft Encarta has to say on this attack.

“On the morning of September 11, 2001, 19 terrorists hijacked four commercial aeroplanes. Two of the planes were flown into the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York. A third terrorist crew crashed their plane into the Pentagon, in Arlington, Virginia. The fourth aeroplane crashed in a field in rural Pennsylvania.

Of the 19 men who carried out the hijackings, 15 came from Saudi Arabia, while the remaining 4 came from Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Lebanon. They were affiliated to the Al-Qaeda network, a radical Islamist group led by Saudi exile Osama bin Laden dedicated to waging a holy war (see Jihad) against the United States.”

But according to Mr. Srinivas who has supposedly collected sufficient information and evidence from various sources has to say

- 19 Hijackers cannot be linked to WTC attack, since Depart of Defense (DOD) on performing the DNA sampling has found none from the middle-eastern race (Arabic).
- The American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175 which crashed into the 2 twin towers were claimed to be both Boeing 767. But the fact is that if the flight path of these plans are observed, there is clear circumstantial evidence that at a single point it made a sharp turn (close to 90 degrees) which is only possible by bomber jet (probably modified specifically for this mission)

So, could it be true that the entire thing was setup to make a strong alibi for the United States to occupy Afghanistan (which US has still not left as of today)?

If this were to be true, then it clearly demonstrates the control over the Media the most of these trusts have in the United States. Have the Americans withheld information from their own citizens and the world in general? It is a question best left to time to answer.

Organizations like SOT brandishes enormous amount of power they have even gone to the extent of killing the president of United States. The case with “John F. Kennedy” (JFK) is stranger. He strictly opposed the monopoly of the Standard Oil Trust and was completely against restrictive trade practices. The result as we all know was his assassination, which Microsoft Encarta enunciates as follows

“On November 22, at 12:30 p.m. CST, 1963, while riding in an open limousine through Dallas, Texas, Kennedy was shot in the head and neck by a sniper or snipers. He was rushed to Parkland Memorial Hospital, where efforts to revive him failed. A commission headed by Chief Justice Earl Warren concluded in September 1964 that the sole assassin was Lee Harvey Oswald, a former US Marine. Oswald, who was captured hours after the assassination in a nearby cinema, was himself killed two days later by Dallas nightclub owner Jack Ruby while being moved from the city to the county jail. Subsequent research has suggested the strong possibility that Kennedy was shot by at least two assassins, from in front as well as behind—confirming the impressions of most eye witnesses at the time. Various possible cuprits have been identified, including the mafia and disgruntled Cuban exiles.”
The American media and the rest of the governmental institutions did try to hush up the issue, but later a separate committee was setup which found that more than one assassin was involved in the murder.

4. Are Indians Slaves of Slaves?
Are Indians slaves? Or rather should we say that we Indians are slav’able?

4.1 A case against Lord Mountbatten

Louis Mountbatten’s original name was Louis Battenberg, but his father changed the family name to “Mountbatten” in 1917 to make it more anglicized, because of the hate propagated against Germans. In 1942, he became the chief of British commando forces. The following year he was also named as the supreme commander of the South East Asian forces.

Mountbatten is known to have recommended Indian soldiers as “Guinea Pigs” for testing the deadly Mustard Gas, which supposedly is known to case fatal burns. He even used Indian army to test the protection gear specifically designed for Mustard Gas. He was the most racial and ruthless of the entire supreme commanders who used Indians as slaves to meet the ends of the British Empire.

It is to be noted that India had several which never conceded to British India. In fact the British could never occupy them. The richest of them included the princely state of Mysore, Nizam of Hyderabad, Nagpur, Travancore, Gwalior and Kashmir. The British India did not have a strong army, but all the Army was fed from the above princely states. Mountbatten is said to have commanded close to 2.5 million Indians during the Second World War. Of course there were 30,000 British troops, but were primarily deployed across India to “protect” British Citizens. The 2.5 million Indian soldiers who were recruited from the above 6 princely states were pushed in front of the German Tanks and most of them were killed.

Lord Mountbatten had earlier promised Churchill and the British Parliament that “Give me complete freedom in my actions and I will ensure that India comes back to the British within the next 50 years”. His idea was to force the merger of all six princely states with India and siphon out all the money from these princely states to England. In fact 100,000 Kilos of Gold was shipped from the Princely state of Nagpur to England at the rate of $2/Kg. In fact a lot of gold and Jewelry which was Vijayanagar Empire had was enormous and all of it was stolen as well. It is said that Vijayanagar Empire had 45 Horses decorated with sufficient jewelry, which was more than the total cost of Jewelry owned by all the capitals of the European countries. We should now ask ourselves, why we are poor and left alone high and dry.

A very interesting fact is that Mahatma Gandhi was the only leader who understood the ulterior motives of Mountbatten, in fact it is said that Mahatma Gandhi had absolved and made it public to dissolve the Indian National Congress on 31st January 1948, but what happened on 30th January 1948 is what we all know. There is an interesting twist, which goes on to say that Mahatma Gandhi was not shot twice by Nathuram Godse, but 6 times! There is scientific military evidence that if there are more than 2 bullets hit, then there should be a second person who should contribute. One additionally fact is that there is no autopsy report of Mahatma Gandhi. An important event that followed was very interesting and the princely states acceded to the Dominion of India. Mountbatten and the Indian commission coerced the Princely states.

So, the question remains on how many bullets were showered on Gandhi? The bigger question is did Mountbatten “kill” three birds with one stone by allowing the Murder of Mahatma Gandhi? Firstly, if Gandhi had survived one more day he would have dissolved the Congress, which most of them did not want. Secondly, Nathuram Godse wanted to murder Gandhi and was a Hindu Brahmin and he murdering Gandhi is better than a Muslim murdering Gandhi and finally he was successful in merging the princely states with the Indian Dominion. Well we need to do more investigative analysis on the fallouts of these events and our search for the truth must be endless even of our mind prevents us from thinking other than what we have been thought in our schools.

4.2 Where are we Indians today?

As mentioned earlier your stronghold on the geopolitical domain stagnates until you don’t make a progress in Economic, Military and Technological front. India is way behind when it comes to Military and Arsenal. It is said that when Israel Prime Minister visited India he could not control his laughter at the pathetic state of our Military capability. He is being then on a diplomatic visit made a diplomatic statement that “Israel has a better military technology”. We do know the ground realities. We don’t even have the capability to manufacture AK-47, we still buy an outdated and modified form of AK-47 from Bulgaria, we have NAL, which has not been able to even produce one single carrier aircraft, and we have to either beg France, Israel or Russia for fighters.

The biggest black mark is the buying of coffins at the cost of $2,500 which is utterly shameful, $2,500 (or Rs.1,00,000) is simply too expensive and absolutely unnecessary and could be deemed irresponsible. We Indians are being cheated to the core. The biggest problem with Indians is that we have that one irresponsible “CHALTHA HAI” attitude. WE DON’T DEMAND QUALITY, WHICH IS OUR RIGHT. Most of the items including groceries are substandard in India; the sole reason is we accept it as our fate and norm for such things to happen. But, it is “us” who have to fix this problem; we need to remove the dumb and idiotic “ENTITLED” tag that we presume most of the time. We need to stand together and fight for our own good.

We Indians need to think bigger, we need to overcome the 1000 years of genocide that we have faced. It is not that the talent is not there, we need to hone skills and let them loose towards making India a geo-political superpower, it now appears that it is far more achievable then every before with access to a great medium like the Internet. We intellectuals need to take leadership responsibilities and move forward in our endeavor to make India a super power. Remember we have 1/6th of the Human resources, so it is imperative that we have a strong say in whatever humanity undertakes. We can no more be just slaves to the “White Men”. We cannot use a lesser term than “WAR”. Yes, this is an economic war that we need to fight against the whole world and come out on the top and work towards making India Economically self-sufficient, building a strong Military power with a high investments in R&D rather than procuring ammunition which is outdated by 30 years and we need to make ourselves technologically superior. This is no small effort and is going to take time and patience, but with our intellectual superiority over the other countries, we indeed have the tools to chisel out a great nation if not for us at least for our children.

4.3 A leaf out of Japans History.

Japan is currently at WAR with the world on becoming a geo-political superpower. It indeed has become the world 2nd largest economy. During 1938-1941, about 1500 generals from the Japanese army were given time to decide on if they should go on war with the United States. After two years of intense deliberation, Japan decided that they would go all out against the United States. Later the query came to if Japan could actually win the war? The generals concluded with a big “NO”. But at the same time concluded that, though they will lose the war they will eventually have a long-term benefit and it would aid them to become a superpower. Such were the visionaries of the Japanese Army. Japan was occupied by America only for 7 years, after which the Americans withdrew following which all the Japanese people resolved to fix the United States using the economic front, and Japan was successful in entering into almost all walks of life of the Americans and continue to do so.

After the death of Mao-Tse Tung in 1976, Japan decided to fund close to $1bn to rebuild Buddhist Monasteries and revive the Buddhist culture every year. Even today it is said that Japan funds China to run its economy better than ever before. All of this in spite of Japan being the most caste-ridden society. For example Japan avoids contact with the Burakumin, an ethnic minority descended from an occupational caste created in the feudal period that are not physically distinguishable from other Japanese.

5. Conclusion

So, mentioned in the above paragraphs, it is time now India wakes up to the nature of the imperialists with a new agenda and gets a hold and rethinks on how India should move ahead without submitting to the foreigners and once again becoming slaves that we are all well known for. The only way we can bring about a change is to initiate a large-scale movement among the intellectuals and awaken them to the current crisis we are currently facing and instill into them a sense of nationality and make them feel that it is their responsibility to fix the current problems facing our great nation. These intellectuals in turn need to use various mediums to make the relevant information accessible to the common man. The right to “Right Information” is in itself a revolution and we need to feed it enough fuel to keep it burning until we see our great Bharath becoming a Socio-Economic superpower across the entire globe. Lets us NOW take over the reigns as individual contributors towards furthering the cause for our motherland.

Can a Hindu Nation be secular?

Before we move further, we need to ask if we ourselves believe in Secularism or not. Yes, according to me secularism is very important, but not the secularism which is currently being propagated in India. I want to see a nation, where we have Uniform Civil Code (UCC) strictly implemented, which is absolutely classless and where we give merit the highest priority. In addition to this, I would like to see my nation in the forefront of economic, scientific and cultural thought. Though this is idealistic, our approach and attitude should be to ensure that we come as close as possible. The current day reality is that we indeed have all the ingredients, but we don’t have the right environment where we can produce a great nation for the generations to come.

The next thought that strikes us is, if we have the right communities which can embrace Secularism and consider it sacred? Well, the fact is that we have a bunch of people who don’t believe that other cultures can exist and consider all the other faiths and ways of life utterly false. Well I am talking none other than the two great sematic religions Islam and Christianity. Firstly, though it is undeniable that some followers of Christianity have reformed and the “Church” is no more strong as it used to be a few centuries ago. But, at the same time we cannot ignore the fact that the proselytization has gone too far and the conversions targets are poor of the poorest and the downtrodden. Secondly, Islam cannot be excused; they time and again have demonstrated to us that they can never ever be secular and can never live in peace with non-Muslims. For example, consider Pakistan which had 10% of Hindu population just before partition and now it is almost NIL, and Bangladesh which boasted of 28% Hindus in 1947 now has less than 10% of Hindus. Forget the Hindus, the entire Persian culture in Iran and Iraq was destroyed by the Arabs, who even today dislike Persians because they continue to speak Persian language and not Arabic.

If we go through our ancient, medieval and modern Indian history, you will never find even one instance, where there was a large scale prosecution of a religions group. Yes, you will definitely find gory details of Pushyamitra of the Sanga dynasty prosecuting the Buddhist, but the fact remains that such history was written by Marxist writers like Romila Thapar who have dominated History book writing in the post-Independence India, because any Anti-Hindu comments always earned them pointers.

For example is it not true that we have completely accepted the Parsis and the Syrian Christians who were tormented by the Arabs centuries ago? Time and again, we Hindus have proved that we are secular and we have always respected other cultures and even helped them to further their cause. The history has clearly demonstrated this. If one day we become a “Hindu Nation”, we will become “truly secular” and is beyond any doubt.

Shun the "fear" and awake

Wherever I go and meet my fellow Hindus and discuss topics like protecting our Sanatana Dharma in some I see a strong dislike to further the discussion and in others I get a supportive nod and that is it. The later bunches are the people whom I call "entitled" and I guess we can live with these people. But the former are the people who are all out to erode our great culture.

I would hesitate to call these people "ignorant", but rather these are the bunch of people who don’t want to get their hands "dirty" and are "afraid". The word "afraid" does not go well with most of them and would clearly defend projecting that they are not "afraid" but want "peace". I don’t understand what "peace" are we talking about here when the "opposite" side does not believe in dialog. Assuming that the word "afraid" may not be exactly correct, then is it that these people are not "confident", not "confident" of how best we can protect our dharma or even worse, what our dharma actually is? Well, I believe that this is a strong fallout of the upbringing and education that we have discussed to a fair extent here. Our target should be here. We need to work hard towards bringing about a large-scale intellectual awakening and "empowering" the Hindu minds which will be our ultimate savior. The colonial and Islamic overlords have taken lot of pains to bring about a strong separatism within the Hindu fold by further inculcating the already existing social evils and making it a part of Sanatana Dharma, but yet we Hindus need to stay united and get connected with an strong feeling for our great culture and heritage the connector being Sanatana Dharma, which is already in place, except that we need to tighten it in a few places.

The foremost requirement is that a few "tigers" need to take the initiative in bringing about this large scale awakening, it is time we shun this idiotically oriented "tolerant" and "fear" tag and have our opinions expressed freely in every forum we enter. We need to take the initiative where ever we get an opportunity to explain to our fellow brothers and sisters on the atrocities being committed and inculcate into them a strong sense of responsibility as an "individual contributor" towards a movement which focuses on the ultimate goal of protecting our great culture and dharma.

It does take some effort to cure a person from the disease called "pseudo-secularism", but let me assure you my friends, that your efforts will not go waste in the long run. We must use all possible mediums to achieve our goal.

"Sorry, we are not Hindus"

This what Ramakrishna Mutt in their petition to the Calcutta High Court in 1985 stated. This was truly a sad day for all the Hindus across India and the world itself. It did really come as a great blow for the cause of Sanatana Dharma. This was the last thing expected from such a great Institution, which goes by the name of Swami Vivekananda, who I consider to be a great Hindu Revivalist of the modern times. Well, the reason for this is due to Article 30 and 29 propounded by our great pseudo-secular constitution.

The articles are as follows

(Ref: - http://www.constitution.org/cons/india/p03029.html)
29. Protection of interests of minorities.-
(1) Any section of the citizens residing in the territory of India or any part thereof having a distinct language, script or culture of its own shall have the right to conserve the same.

(2) No citizen shall be denied admission into any educational institution maintained by the State or receiving aid out of State funds on grounds only of religion, race, caste, language or any of them.

(Ref: -

30. Right of minorities to establish and administer educational institutions.-
(1) All minorities, whether based on religion or language, shall have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice.

(1A) In making any law providing for the compulsory acquisition of any property of any educational institution established and administered by a minority, referred to in clause (1), the State shall ensure that the amount fixed by or determined under such law for the acquisition of such property is such as would not restrict or abrogate the right guaranteed under that clause.]

(2) The State shall not, in granting aid to educational institutions, discriminate against any educational institution on the ground that it is under the management of a minority, whether based on religion or language.

So, the constitution not only gives complete freedom from interference but also goes on to provide required aid and makes it easy for minorities to establish such institutions. But the same does not apply to us "majorities" who dare not go ahead with such sane ideas; even if you establish one such organization, it gives the government a free hand to poke into our finances and business. Well, this is the very reason RK Mission wanted to disassociate itself from Hinduism and probably call itself “Ramakrishnaism?”

The Calcutta High Court in 1987 actually accepted this fact and declared RK Mutt as “Minority” institution, but later this was taken to the Supreme Court by like minded people who realized that it will bring about a large scale division of Hindus and cause further fragmentation, the court sessions carried on till 1995, when it was declared that Supreme Court has sufficient evidences to declare that RK Mutt was actually a Hindu majority Institution and the Calcutta High Court order was officially overruled. This came as a big victory for all the Hindus who sighed in relief. Similar is the case with other institutions like Arya Samaj, Aurobindo, etc. In fact in a recent discussion with a Jain, he demonstrated signs of separatism, which is very unfortunate for the cause of our great Sanatana Dharma.

Time has come that level-headed decision makers take a second look at Article 29 and Article 30 and give a good rework so we actually become “Secular” in the true sense. We should strongly oppose the pseudo-secular amendments and articles of the constitution. Increase in socio-political awareness among the youth should be our highest priority and will also help in a long way. Arise and awake my brothers and sisters to the gross injustice meted out on our great dharma.
